A new bar and kitchen destination has opened up on Edmonton\u2019s Whyte Avenue.<\/p>\n
Enigma Bar and Kitchen is the latest addition to Edmonton\u2019s culinary scene, placing itself right in the heart of the city.<\/p>\n
It focuses on micro gastronomy, where big flavour lives in small, refined bites. Along with spirit-forward cocktails as well, this new restaurant and bar is defining itself as the place to go and be, with a refined food menu and atmosphere.<\/p>\n
Enigma Bar and Kitchen opened on Feb. 2, making room for guests in its sleek, stylish lounge.<\/p>\n
Its seating area features both bar seating and tables, with mood lighting, unique furnishings, and interesting glass and dishware.<\/p>\n
As for the food itself, a full menu has not been released online yet. Although we know it features platters, infused cheeses<\/a>, and dishes you wouldn\u2019t see anywhere else in Edmonton.<\/p>\n It showcased one of its cocktails on Instagram: LIMINAL BLOOM<\/a>. This mysteriously elegant cocktail is floral to begin, citrus as you sip, and leaves a smooth, lingering finish of flavour. If this is just one of its cocktails, we can\u2019t wait to see what else it has in store.<\/p>\n In terms of hours, Enigma is open 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
