Thursday could bring flurries to the Greater Toronto Area and a wind chill that will make it feel like -18 C in southern Ontario.<\/p>\n

Environment Canada says the morning will be a mix of sunny and cloudy conditions with winds between 15 km\/h and 20 km\/h in Toronto, Mississauga and Brampton, Hamilton, Oshawa and the Niagara Falls area.<\/p>\n

The high will be around -1 C in Mississauga, but could feel more like -15 C in the morning and -3 C in the afternoon due to the wind chill. It could feel more like -18 C in Hamilton, Oshawa, Pickering and Niagara Falls.<\/p>\n

Thursday evening could bring flurries to the GTA and southern Ontario, with a 30 per cent chance in Mississauga.<\/p>\n

A 20 km\/h wind is expected to die down in the early evening.<\/p>\n

The low will be around -6 C in Mississauga, but could feel more like -10 C overnight due to the wind chill.<\/p>\n

Looking ahead to Friday, conditions are expected to be sunny during the day with a high of 6 C in Mississauga, a 30 per cent chance of flurries in the evening and a low of 0 C.<\/p>\n
