Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau’s <\/a>relationship has received a stamp of approval from the former Prime Minister of Canada’s eldest son. Earlier this week, Trudeau’s son, Xavier (who goes by Xav), was featured in an Instagram reel with content creator G Hobs,<\/a> and discussed his father’s new girlfriend.<\/p>\n The 18-year-old, who’s pursuing his own career in music, confirmed that he’s met the 41-year-old singer. He added, “She\u2019s cool, she\u2019s nice. We talked for hours, talking about my music. She gave me advice and next steps for me and stuff.\u201d<\/p>\n Both Trudeau, 54, and Perry have been guarded about what they share about their kids online.
