Urban Behavior\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.insauga.com\/huge-chain-store-to-close-location-in-square-one-in-mississauga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">confirmed it was closing<\/a> last year.<\/p>\n<p>Today, Square One announced the opening date for the new Winners is April 20.<\/p>\n<p>Winners offers discounted products through a \u201cwide variety of opportunities, which can include department or specialty store cancellations, a manufacturer making up too much product, or a closeout deal when a vendor wants to clear merchandise at the end of a season,\u201d the company says on its website.<\/p>\n<p>Winners was founded in 1982 by David Margolis in\u00a0Toronto. It was one of the first off-price department stores in Canada.
