Brandi Glanville says she dropped $200,000 to figure out that her breast implants were to blame<\/a> for her facial disfiguration.<\/a><\/p>\n

The \u201cReal Housewives of Beverly Hills\u201d alum revealed the jaw-dropping expense during her appearance on the \u201cI Do, Part 2\u201d podcast<\/a> episode released Thursday.<\/p>\n

The reality star, 53, recalled feeling sick about three years ago, with all her symptoms first showing up on her neck and head.<\/p>\n

She then experienced \u201cbrain fog\u201d and pain in her joints, noting she felt \u201c100 years old.\u201d<\/p>\n

The reality star (pictured here showing her facial disfigurement on Instagram back in December 2024) appeared on the \u201cI Do, Part 2\u201d podcast and said that although she had insurance, she paid out of pocket to see 21 doctors. brandiglanville\/Twitter<\/p>\n

Before she figured out that it was her breast implants she got 20 years ago that were making her sick, she said she visited 21 doctors.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m telling you, $200,000,\u201d she revealed. \u201cI had insurance, but the people at my insurance \u2014 Kaiser, let\u2019s just say \u2014 sucks.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI was, like, paying out of pocket to see specialists, infectious disease doctors, you know, rheumatologists,\u201d she continued. \u201cEvery doctor you can think of, I saw.\u201d<\/p>\n

She said nobody suspected it was her breast implants because her mammograms came back normal.<\/p>\n

Eventually she took a sonogram and doctors saw that the implant in her right breast had ruptured and leaked, causing her to have silicone in both her lymph nodes.<\/p>\n

Glanville said she immediately felt the difference after she took out her implants two weeks ago.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, she told TMZ that her breast implants were the cause of her mystery illness that caused shocking facial disfiguration.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is such a thing as breast implant illness and you really should change your implants every 10 years \u2014 I just didn\u2019t do it,\u201d she said. \u201cIf it\u2019s not broke, don\u2019t fix it! I learned a really, really hard lesson.\u201d<\/p>\n

Although she didn\u2019t want to discourage women from getting breast implants, she recommended getting sonograms consistently.<\/p>\n

The mother of two had been battling facial disfigurement for the last two years, which\u00a0first started with swelling<\/a>\u00a0in July 2024.<\/p>\n

She initially believed stress was to blame, but then doctors told her they thought\u00a0she had a facial parasite<\/a>\u00a0six months later.<\/p>\n
