The vanities also feature ample drawer storage. <\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s lots and lots of storage space everywhere,\u201d Jaquet adds. \u201cThere\u2019s an abundance of closet space throughout the home.\u201d<\/p>\n Another eye-catching detail can be found in the home\u2019s fixtures and railings. <\/p>\n \u201cWe use designer fixtures throughout in a very popular colour right now, which is black. Everything has got to be black for lights. It just seems to be the trend. And with our bigger windows, there\u2019s also lots of natural light,\u201d Jaquet says. <\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s a very crisp, clean-looking house with new modern features that are popular on Pinterest and that people are always looking at. We even changed our wrought-iron rail spindles. Instead of going vertically, they\u2019re horizontal in this house. It gives you a totally different look \u2014 not that the verticals aren\u2019t still popular, but the horizontal ones are more clean-looking. It totally changes the feel and look of the house.\u201d<\/p>\n
