The day is nearly here: C Market Coffee<\/a> is preparing to open its first Vancouver location, and it holds the title as the largest cafe in the city.<\/p>\n

The space spans over5,000 sq. ft., the new location and features what the cafe is calling a \u201cdesign-forward environment created to serve as both a culinary destination and a community gathering space.\u201d<\/p>\n

Expect to find a spacious, Brutalist-inspired cafe environment, alongside C Market\u2019s signature specialty coffee program, a full kitchen menu, and convenient on-site free parking for guests.<\/p>\n

The cafe said that it aims to be a cultural and culinary hub, offering a thoughtfully crafted space where specialty coffee, elevated cafe dining, and modern Korean-inspired cafe culture come together under one roof.<\/p>\n

During our visit, we got to sample some of the pastries available \u2014 a strawberry cream and Dubai chocolate, which were equally delicious \u2014 as well as a Melon Cloud Latte (a latte topped with melon cold foam).<\/p>\n

The location also promises to offer more substantial bites, including a Korean Chicken Rice Bowl, a selection of sandwiches, wraps, pastas, salads, and more.<\/p>\n

founder of C Market Coffee. \u201cWe wanted to create a space that feels welcoming yet elevated \u2014 a place where people can gather, connect, and experience thoughtful hospitality at scale.\u201d<\/p>\n

Located at 195 E. 36th Ave., C Market Coffee Vancouver is right on the cusp of Queen Elizabeth Park and a quick 10-minute walk from Nat Bailey Stadium.<\/p>\n
