This week on Dezeen<\/a>, the Pritzker Architecture Prize announced that this year’s award would be delayed<\/a> following director Tom Pritzker being named in the Epstein files.<\/p>\n

Speaking to the New York Times<\/a>, a spokesperson for the organisation said that this year’s announcement, which would typically happen next week, would be delayed.<\/p>\n

The news follows Tom Pritzker’s decision to resign as executive chairman of the Hyatt Hotels Corporation, but remain as the prize foundation’s director, after emails revealed his correspondence with disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.<\/p>\n

In India, architecture studios BDP,\u00a0Cox Architecture and Collage Design revealed a trio of sports venues that\u00a0will be built alongside the world’s largest\u00a0stadium<\/a> in Ahmedabad, India.<\/p>\n

Built near the 132,000-seat Narendra Modi Stadium, the complex will include a tennis venue, aquatics centre and indoor arena.<\/p>\n
