\n\tOlympic gold medal winners from the U.S. men\u2019s and women\u2019s hockey teams crashed Connor Storrie<\/a>\u2018s SNL<\/a> monologue on Saturday, with the two on the women\u2019s team taking a shot at Donald Trump<\/a> for his dismissive comment<\/a> about them.<\/p>\n

\n\tStorrie, who stars in the hockey-themed Canadian television series Heated Rivalry, was talking about learning about how to at least look like he could play the sport.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI am just so thankful for everything this job gives me the chance to do. Like, in two weeks I had the chance to learn how to speak Russian and look like I knew how to play hockey,\u201d Storrie, 26, said. \u201cAnd then I\u2019m watching the Olympics<\/a>, and I see these amazing players, and I\u2019m like, \u2018I don\u2019t think I pulled it off.’\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tStorrie was then joined on stage by Quinn and Jack Hughes<\/a>. After some allusions by Storrie about how the show, in which two male players on rival teams are in a relationship, is \u201ckinda\u201d about hockey, he said he hoped at least some pro players have seen it.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tMegan Keller and Hilary Knight, each of whom also won gold in the 2018 games, then entered, and said that they had.<\/p>\n

\n\tKnight then commented on the group\u2019s gathering: \u201cIt was going to be just us, but we thought we\u2019d invite the guys, too.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThat was a reference to how Trump, in a phone call inviting<\/a> the men\u2019s team to the White House after their win, said that \u201cwe\u2019re going to have to bring the women\u2019s team.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tKnight later told<\/a> SportsCenter that Trump\u2019s \u201cdistasteful joke\u201d was \u201covershadowing a lot of the success, the success of just women at the Olympics carrying for Team USA and having amazing gold medal feats.\u201d <\/p>\n
