Spanning over 5,000 sq. ft., the new location will feature what the cafe is calling a \u201cdesign-forward environment created to serve as both a culinary destination and a community gathering space.\u201d<\/p>\n
The cafe said that it aims to be a cultural and culinary hub, offering a thoughtfully crafted space where specialty coffee, elevated cafe dining, and modern Korean-inspired cafe culture come together under one roof.<\/p>\n
Guests can expect a spacious, Brutalist-inspired cafe environment, a signature specialty coffee program, a full kitchen menu, and convenient on-site free parking for guests.<\/p>\n

However, it\u2019s still available at its New Westminster and Burnaby locations.<\/p>\n Address:\u00a04360 Main St., Vancouver<\/p>\n After first sharing the news that Cha Tra Mue, a.k.a. Thailand\u2019s number one tea brand, was opening its first Western Canada location here in Vancouver<\/a> last year, Cha Tra Mue has officially opened its doors.<\/p>\n The tea shop first got its start all the way back in 1945 in Thailand.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s more than just a drink \u2014 it\u2019s a taste of Thai heritage in every sip. From bustling Bangkok streets to neighbourhood tea shops across Asia, Cha Tra Mue has become a beloved icon,\u201d said the tea shop.<\/p>\n Address:\u00a0\u00a0736 W. Broadway, Vancouver<\/p>\n The folks behind Miku Vancouver, a popular sushi restaurant located right by the water near Canada Place, have softly launched their second location in Richmond.<\/p>\n \u201cMiku Richmond is Aburi Restaurants Canada\u2019s second Metro Vancouver location, bringing Fans of Miku Vancouver will recognize some of the menu items that are going to be featured on the Richmond menu, including the \u201ciconic\u201d Aburi Oshi Sushi, Ebi Fritters, Iwate Wagyu Carpaccio, Spicy Kaisen Soba Peperoncino, and Saikyo Miso Sablefish.<\/p>\n While limited reservations can be made now, a formal opening date is expected sometime in March.<\/p>\n Address:\u00a08811 River Rd. inside the River Rock Casino<\/p>\n AJ\u2019s Brooklyn Pizza Joint recently opened the doors to its Tsawwassen location \u2014 and it\u2019s located inside a water park.<\/p>\n But just because it\u2019s operating inside a water park doesn\u2019t mean you need to pay admission to visit, nor do you need to go down any water slides either (though we think any opportunity to go down a water slide should be taken whenever possible).<\/p>\n The new outpost will be fully licensed and accessible outside of water park hours, operating Wednesday to Friday from 4 to 9 p.m., and weekends from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. And don\u2019t worry, all of your AJ\u2019s favourites, from New York Pies to Detroit-style pizzas, will be available here too.<\/p>\n Address:\u00a04775 Nulelum Way, Tsawwassen<\/p>\n Jo\u2019s opened its first brick-and-mortar outpost in Chilliwack in 2018, where it served a small selection of deli sandwiches and grocery items. Soon after, it began to offer more varieties of sandwiches alongside a solid selection of fresh pastas.<\/p>\n Then, in 2021, the deli opened its first-ever\u00a0Vancouver outpost<\/a>\u00a0at 2505 Alma St., and in 2023, it opened its new sandwich-focused concept,\u00a0Mangia\u2019s Sandwiches,<\/a>\u00a0in South Granville.<\/p>\n Since then, the deli has received a cult following due to its affordable offerings, with its $11 pastas and $9 sandwiches.<\/p>\n Address:\u00a03998 Main St., Vancouver<\/p>\n \u201cUchu means aji, explained owner Ricardo Valverde when we stopped for a visit. \u201cAji is a hot pepper, which is the soul of a ceviche.\u00a0So, it\u2019s basically the main component that you want in a ceviche.\u201d<\/p>\n But just because he\u2019s calling Uchu a ceviceheria doesn\u2019t mean that\u2019ll be the only thing they\u2019ll be serving at the restaurant.<\/p>\n \u201cA cevicheria is basically, in a nutshell, a seafood restaurant.\u00a0But cevicherias in Peru are very popular, so we\u2019re going to do a modern cevicheria,\u00a0a seafood restaurant with Peruvian soul,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n Address:\u00a0158 E.
