If you never skipped a meal and ate leisurely, you could spend four years just eating.<\/p>\n<p>But all of us skip food now and then, and some meals last just a few minutes. (Toast-in-car, anyone?) Sometimes you linger over meals that last for a couple of hours, and sometimes nothing hits quite like a fast bowl of pho or a quick smashed burger to perk up a Thursday lunch with your work besties.<\/p>\n<p>We all gotta eat, and we\u2019re made to love it. Thankfully, our city gives us a lot to love. We can spend as much or as little time as we like exploring coffee shops, brew pubs and fancy or casual dining spots, but we ought to have a little curiosity in our approach to however many meals are left on our personal clocks. Might as well make sure it\u2019s time well spent.
