He could also be an immediate solution to the Canadiens\u2019 penalty-killing (PK)\u00a0woes, bringing details\u00a0such as positional play,\u00a0shot blocking,\u00a0and an ability for aggressive puck pursuit.<\/p>\n

He clears the front of the net, he wins puck battles in his own zone to then move the puck quickly up the ice, or he can carry the puck under control in transition. Once in the offensive zone, he holds the zone and keeps the puck in\u00a0play, but\u00a0can also use his mobility to quickly\u00a0cover for\u00a0an error in coverage.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Reinbacher\u2019s\u00a0defensive intelligence and physical presence provide the safety net required for Hutson to take offensive risks, finally giving Montreal a modern,\u00a0top-four\u00a0rotation that can both produce and protect.\u00a0<\/p>\n
