What police here do say is she lived in the area of Queen Frederica Dr. and Dundas St. E. in Mississauga, and that is the location where Peel cops are seeking the public\u2019s assistance.<\/p>\n Advertisement 4<\/p>\n This advertisement has not loaded yet, but your article continues below.<\/p>\n Article content<\/p>\n What did they see? What did they notice?<\/p>\n \u201cInvestigators are asking anyone who observed suspicious activity in the area of her residence between June 2022 and September 2022, who has not yet spoken with police, or who has information about Aini or her family, to come forward,\u201d say Peel police.<\/p>\n Peel has seen honour killings<\/p>\n Detectives are not tipping their hand on what they believe may have happened but they have expertise in investigating cases of \u201chonour\u201d killings, which are cross overs of cultural and religious taboos that, sadly, make their way into Canada.<\/p>\n Peel has investigated two famous cases like this before that resulted in charges laid within the victims\u2019 own family. Poonan Litt<\/a> was one and Aqsa Parvez<\/a> was the other. Parvez was just 16 when she was murdered. Her father and brother were found guilty.<\/p>\n Litt was 27 when she was stabbed to death.
