At 27 years old, the American with Cuban-Mexican heritage holds the World Boxing Council (WBC) super welterweight world title, following a solid and ascending career that began in his amateur days.<\/p>\n

Born on December 28, 1997, in West Palm Beach, Florida, Sebastian is the son of Freddy Fundora, a former Cuban boxer, and Monique Fundora, who is from Mexico. This cultural blend has not only given him great discipline and resilience but has also made him a fighter beloved by both Latin and American fans.<\/p>\n

Before turning pro, Sebasti\u00e1n had a modest but formative amateur career, accumulating experience in over 50 fights.
