I\u2019m posting this, because professionally, a few things will have to change \u2014 appearances and cons and work in general need to take back seat to treatment.\u201d <\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-83640b\" class=\"body-graf\">Campbell, 67, says he plans to \u201cget as well as I possibly can over the summer\u201d so he can tour this fall for his new movie \u201cErnie &amp; Emma.\u201d <\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-edf98c\" class=\"body-graf\">The actor, best known for his roles in \u201cThe Evil Dead\u201d horror franchise, said there are several conventions this summer that he will have to cancel. <\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-1e88f6\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cBig regrets on my part. Treatment needs and professional obligations don\u2019t always go hand-in-hand,\u201d he wrote. \u201cThat\u2019s about it.
