Aaron Rodgers appeared to take a subtle jab at exes Danica Patrick and Shailene Woodley while revealing more details about his mysterious wife, Brittani.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cI got myself into, you know, crazy town,\u201d he noted, referring to his past relationships. \u201cI was with individuals who called the paparazzi, who leaked or talked about where I was living. Who, you know, coerced me to make, you know, the proverbial Instagram, social media posts.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI never really wanted to live a public life,\u201d he continued, then went on to praise his current partner.<\/p>\n

The NFL athlete shared that he met Brittani back in 2017, and knew he \u201cwanted to be with her,\u201d during his appearance on \u201cThe Pat MacAfee Show\u201d <\/a>Wednesday.<\/p>\n

\u201cI knew there was something crazy special about this,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The NFL athlete first shared details about his mysterious wife, Brittani, noting that they actually met in 2017, and he knew he \u201cwanted to be with her,\u201d but she wanted to live a private life.<\/p>\n

Rodgers (pictured here playing an NFL game in Pittsburgh in January) said he then dated \u201cindividuals who called the paparazzi, who leaked or talked about where I was living,\u201d and \u201ccoerced\u201d him into making social media posts. AP<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s not a public person,\u201d he stressed, noting that she told him that she would \u201cnever live in Green Bay\u201d and that she didn\u2019t want to be \u201ca player\u2019s wife.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rodgers, 42, said she eventually \u201cmoved back across the pond.\u201d<\/p>\n

Though he didn\u2019t name anyone specifically, Rodgers famously dated Patrick and Woodley in the timespan that he referenced during the interview.<\/p>\n

While Rodgers also previously dated Olivia Munn, they split in 2017<\/a> \u2014 when he says he first met Brittani \u2014 after three years of dating.<\/p>\n

As for Patrick, they linked up in 2018 and dated for two years before splitting in 2020<\/a>. Rodgers then started dating Woodley later that year.<\/p>\n

He and the \u201cBig Little Lies\u201d actress got engaged in 2021<\/a>, but they split in February 2022<\/a>.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s no love lost between Rodgers and his famous exes.<\/p>\n

In May 2025, Patrick, 43, claimed that her relationship with Rodgers was so \u201cemotionally abusive\u201d that it wore her \u201cdown to nothing.\u201d\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cPeople could never imagine that I would lack \u2026 any confidence or belief in the simple things about who I am,\u201d the ex-race car driver\u00a0shared on \u201cThe Sage Steele Show.\u201d \u201cEverything was torn to bits.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, he leaves a trail of blood,\u201d she added of Rodgers.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Woodley made comments about her and Rodgers\u2019 breakup<\/a> in an interview with Bustle in September 2024, when she admitted to falling in love \u201cover and over with unavailability.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI love easy and I care easy, but I do not love lightly, and I do not care lightly. It\u2019s really taken me a lot of time to understand that it\u2019s not on me to fix or heal or do anything about [a relationship] other than protect the deep care and love that I have for the world and for my people,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Woodley, 34, also noted that she was \u201cnot interested\u201d in people who \u201ccross\u201d or \u201cdisrespect\u201d her.<\/p>\n

\u201cI used to be a person who \u2026 would continue to give and give,\u201d she said. \u201cAnd now \u2026 I respectfully go, \u2018Thank you so much for that information. Have a beautiful life. I wish you well.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
