Everyone was ordered to exit the vehicles and cops located two firearms with loaded magazines.<\/p>\n Dylon Tajay Barclay, 19, from Whitby, Juan Pablo Alejandro Villatoro, 20, from Clarington, a 17-year-old boy from Pickering and a 16-year-old boy from Oshawa are all charged with possession of a firearm no licence, possession of a loaded firearm, and occupy motor vehicle with a firearm.<\/p>\n Police said, at the time of his arrest, the Oshawa youth was already on conditions not to possess any weapons after being arrested for a similar offence earlier this year.
