NASCAR sensation Bubba Wallace <\/a>is over the moon, confessing that his younger self would be “losing his mind” with the news of his guest appearance on Disney’s “The Proud Family: Louder and Proud.”<\/p>\n “The Proud Family: Louder and Proud,” a revival of the original series that ran from 2001 to 2005 on Disney <\/a>Channel, made its debut on Disney Plus in 2022. Wallace, fresh off securing his spot in NASCAR<\/a>‘s postseason with a victory at the Brickyard 400, took to Instagram to reveal he had been sitting on the news of his cameo “secret for too long!”<\/p>\n Currently riding high, the 31-year-old racer has also received accolades from Dale Earnhardt Jr. for his candidness about the obstacles he’s faced throughout his career. He recently won the Brickyard 400<\/a> – his first win in the Cup Series since Kansas in 2022. Now I’m part of it? ! Full circle,” By joining the show, he marks the first NASCAR driver to feature on a Disney program in six years.<\/p>\n Previously, in 2019, NASCAR stars Ty Dillon, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Joey Logano, Erik Jones, and William Byron lent their voices to an episode of “Milo Murphy’s Law,” with Rusty Wallace and Mike Joy stepping in as announcers.<\/p>\n In a heartfelt comment on his own Instagram post, Wallace shared his elation: “Little Bubba is losing his mind rn.”<\/p>\n Fans were buzzing with excitement over the announcement of Wallace’s upcoming appearance, with one fan exclaiming: “Omg yesssssss Proud Family x Bubba Wallace collab… I think 2025 may be the best year yet! ! ! ! !”<\/p>\n Another fan shared their enthusiasm, saying: “Awesome! OMG, the girls watched Proud Family when they were little, I cannot wait to watch it! ! ! Congratulations.”<\/p>\n A third fan expressed how meaningful this collaboration is: “This would’ve changed my life as a kid lol. I love this so much.”<\/p>\n And yet another was pleasantly surprised by the news: “Now this is a crossover I was NOT expecting. I love it!!”<\/p>\n The latest career development comes after Wallace booked his spot in the 2025 Cup Series playoffs. The 23XI Racing driver missed last year’s postseason but after a devastating 2024, he bounced back emphatically with a win in Indianapolis.<\/p>\n Wallace, who’s last win before the Brickyard 400 came at Kansas in 2022, won in Indy following double overtime. \u201cIt was probably 20 laps of telling myself I\u2019m not going to be able to do it,\u201d Wallace said.<\/p>\n \u201cSo I have found my biggest problem, and that\u2019s this [pointing to his head]. If I could shut that off mentally, fully, we could do a lot more of this….<\/p>\n \u201cAt the same time, I was combating, and I\u2019m like, [expletive] right, we can do this. It was kind of like the angel and devil on your shoulder. It wasn\u2019t all negative.<\/p>\n But to even have that thought, it\u2019s like, \u2018Man, come on. Focus.\u2019 That all went away on the restarts because it was time to really focus and get the job done. Just still working out those kinks and growing as a person.
