W. and Creditview Rd. at approximately 10:15 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Article content<\/p>\n<p>During the investigation, police said the officers allegedly observed the occupants of the vehicle to be in violation of the Cannabis Control Act.<\/p>\n<p>According to police, officers instructed the individuals to get out of the vehicle for a search.
