Legendary broadcaster Claudia Winkleman is in York today (Monday).<\/p>\n
Together with co-presenter, the musician Mika, Claudia has been at York Station filming an episode of their series The Piano.<\/p>\n
The Channel 4 show discovers amateur pianists from around the UK and tasks them with performing on public pianos in major UK train stations.<\/p>\n

Claudia and Mika filmed an introductory segment on the station bridge.<\/p>\n
A piano was standing on a platform outside the branch of WHSmith ready for the participants.<\/p>\n
Before they got to play, world-renowned Japanese jazz composer and pianist Hiromi gave a virtuoso performance.<\/p>\n
A large crowd gave her a huge round of applause. <\/p>\n
Before taking a break from filming, Claudia paused to say hello to a pet dog belonging to a member of the crowd who was watching from the comfort of their buggy.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s the fourth series of The Piano. Season 3 culminated with Diane Newell crowned the winner.<\/p>\n
