Supreme Court in Vancouver.<\/p>\n<p>The statement from the law firm says the defendants also include four Christian Brother.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit alleged that the defendants failed to protect students at the schools by allowing the four Christian Brothers with a known history of child abuse to be transferred into teaching positions at the two schools.<\/p>\n<p>The claim, which said the abuses took place from 1976 to 2013 at Vancouver College and between 1976 to 1989 at St. Thomas More, was certified as class-action in March 2023 by the B.C.
