Surrey experienced a quick blast of winter on Tuesday, March 10, as snow fell through the city.<\/p>\n
Although the snow did not stick in many areas, some places did see a few centimetres accumulate.<\/p>\n
Video from DriveBC\u2019s traffic cameras at Highway 17 and Bridgeview Drive shows snow flurries starting around 10:15 a.m. By 11 a.m., the snowfall was mostly over, and by 1:41 p.m., most of it had melted.<\/p>\n
A Black Press freelancer noted a Coast Mountain transit bus had gotten stuck on 104 Ave near Old Yale Road in the morning.<\/p>\n
The City of Surrey\u2019s snowplow vehicles were out in force on Tuesday, ensuring that the roads were clear.<\/p>\n
