Some haven\u2019t had any for a few weeks, even though the mailbox sites have been cleared of snow blockages. <\/p>\n<p>The Past President of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers in the metro region, Craig Dyer, says the snow has been a challenge, but the biggest reason for delays is staffing. He told VOCM Open Line with Brian Callahan that Canada Post and its owners, the federal government, are the ones to blame. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe went through a major reorganization in the metro region in October at the St. John\u2019s depot.
