From wind-affected finales and high-speed sprints to decisive time trials and mountain stages, we take a look at the <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclinguptodate.com\/medical-reports\" title=\"Medical Reports\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">medical reports<\/a>, as well as looking into the riders who have withdrawn from the race.This rolling medical report tracks all confirmed injuries, DNS&#8217;, DNFs and withdrawals throughout the <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclinguptodate.com\/paris-nice\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">2026 Paris-Nice<\/a>, with daily updates following each stage. As incidents occur, teams release assessments, riders undergo medical checks, and race plans are reshaped in real time. Below, you will find the latest verified information on crashes, health concerns and rider status as the race unfolds.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nStage 1<\/p>\n<p>Kelland O&#8217;Brien of Team Jayco AlUla abandoned the race within the first kilometers, following physical issues.<\/p>\n<p>Toms Skujins crashed early in the day as well, whilst the final kilometer saw the fall of Lenny Mart\u00ednez and Carlos Rodr\u00edguez in separate instances; which can ultimately affect the outcome of the overall classification.<\/p>\n<p>Stage 2<\/p>\n<p>No DNFs, but multiple crashes during the day ensured if wasn&#8217;t a completely clean break for the peloton. Among those to go down were the likes of: Patrick Gamper, Jonas Geens, Lindsay De Vylder, Eddie Dunbar, Callum Scotson, Cees Bol, Phil Bauhaus, and Sandy Dujardin.<\/p>\n<p>Stage 3<\/p>\n<p>Nothing to note<\/p>\n<p>Stage 4<a href=\"https:\/\/cyclinguptodate.com\/juan-ayuso\" title=\"Juan Ayuso\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Juan Ayuso<\/a> crashed whilst on the lead of the race, however Lidl-Trek has confirmed there are no fractures for the Spaniard. In total, 14 other riders abandoned the race today, including at the very least <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclinguptodate.com\/brandon-mcnulty\" title=\"Brandon McNulty\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Brandon McNulty<\/a>, Pablo Castrillo and Raul Garc\u00eda Pierna who crashed alongside Ayuso. Torstein Traeen and Luka Mezgec were also in the front group and did not finish the stage. Iv\u00e1n Romeo also crashed in that instance, but did not abandon.<\/p>\n<p>Daan Hoole, Lindsay de Vylder, Bert van Lerberghe, Davide Piganzoli, Mathijs Paasschen, Robert Stannard, Piet Allegaert, Eddie Dunbar and Roel van Sintmaartensdijk also withdrew from the race.
