Investigators determined a dump truck had rear-ended another vehicle at the intersection.<\/p>\n<p>The driver of the passenger vehicle suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested the dump truck driver for impaired operation. Breath tests later showed the driver\u2019s blood alcohol level was more than three times the legal limit, according to investigators.<\/p>\n<p>A 34-year-old man from Brampton has been charged with impaired operation and operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration over 80 mg.
