Surrey\u2019s Polar Plunge raises $9,605 for Special Olympics BC<\/a><\/p>\n A brave group of about three dozen Special Olympians and first responders plunged into the waters of the Pacific Ocean off Blackie Spit Park at Crescent Beach on Saturday (March 7) for Special Olympics BC.<\/p>\n 2. South Surrey school nets stellar basketball season<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cThe team was very competitive and were amongst the top teams in the province all season.\u201d<\/p>\n 3. 1 man charged after Feb. 6 alleged assault in Surrey\u2019s Cedar Hills area<\/a><\/p>\n Surrey Police Service said charges have been approved following an investigation into the alleged assault of a young female on Feb. 6, in the area of 99 Avenue and 123 Street.<\/p>\n 4.
