Located at 108 Chestnut St., it will kick off each day at 10 a.m. and finish at 6 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Positions are entry level and do not require previous experience, although a background in hospitality or food service experience is a plus. And in addition to an hourly base pay, employees can also earn tips and pay increases based on performance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll you need is the motivation to learn and grow in a professional, fast-paced, team-oriented environment,\u201d according to Shake Shack.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will provide you with the tools necessary for a successful \u2018Shacksperience,\u2019 with hands-on training, online learning modules, and a structured path to grow your career.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities will include food prep, customer service, guest interactions, cooking, and cleaning.<\/p>\n<p>And jobs at Shake Shack also come with team member dining discounts for those who are a fan of the restaurant\u2019s burgers.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates interested in the opportunity can submit their application <a href=\"https:\/\/app-elb.pushoperations.com\/ats\/job-postings\/abcb79b4-a9de-4a9f-bbbb-543c66d9db9d\/public?embed=false\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">online<\/a> or join the team in-person this month at the hiring fair.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Shake Shack first launched in Canada in 2024.
