( Rudi Pawlychyn\/CBC)<\/p>\n<p>Two people have been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a 40-year-old man found injured at an apartment on Selkirk Avenue earlier this month.<\/p>\n<p>Emmanuel Max Spence, 25, and Thomas Jeremy (TJ) Spence, 39, were charged with manslaughter in connection with death of Kingsley Bruce, Winnipeg police said in a Friday news release.<\/p>\n<p>Bruce was found injured at an apartment on Selkirk on March 3 after reports of a shooting. He was rushed to hospital but died of his injuries. Bruce was a member of Poplar River First Nation who was living in Winnipeg.<\/p>\n<p>Officers arrested Emmanuel on Monday on Selkirk, and Thomas was arrested on Wednesday in the area of McKenzie Street and Bannerman Avenue, according to the release.
