Montreal celebrity impersonator Jimmy Moore<\/a> is bringing his own \u2018Mayhem Ball Tour\u2019,\u00a0premiering\u00a0March 21st\u00a0at Cabaret Mado.<\/p>\n

CityNews joined the artist backstage for a fitting of one of Lady Gaga\u2019s most iconic looks. Moore met with trusted Montreal costume designer Pascal Guilbault for a final fitting \u2014 a four\u2011piece gown inspired by Lady Gaga\u2019s iconic red velvet opera\u2011style opening look.<\/p>\n

\u201cI need to look at the video, the photo, each detail. So I scroll it to have a lot of details and just recreate as close as possible,\u201d said Guilbault.<\/p>\n

Guilbault added, \u201cIt\u2019s around maybe 80 hours, something like that. So it\u2019s a lot of details, just the pleaded, it took me like two days.\u201d<\/p>\n

This production features five acts and more than 15 costume changes, all inspired by the original Mother Monster show.<\/p>\n

More than 2,000 spectators have seen Moore transform into pop icons \u2014 from C\u00e9line Dion to Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m just like an actor. So let\u2019s say you come and see my Celine Dion show or my Taylor Swift show \u2014 it\u2019s completely two different worlds. So I impersonate Lady Gaga as an actor would approach her personality. So when you come and see me, you have all the costumes, you have all the dancers, you have all the atmosphere, and you have my full interpretation of her,\u201d said Moore.<\/p>\n

With ticket prices for major concerts climbing into the hundreds \u2014 even thousands \u2014 Moore says his goal is to make the magic accessible to everyone. For one night only, Moore will bring his\u00a0Mayhem Ball Tour\u00a0to the TD Studio Theatre on May 29th \u2014 with one show open to all.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m very used to performing in big theaters with my other project of the \u2018Era tour\u2019 with Taylor Swift, but for that show, I wanted to give the kids a chance to come only once, because I have no project to bring that show like all around the province. But I wanted to give everybody a chance to see that production because it\u2019s it\u2019s going to be my best Lady Gaga show for sure,\u201d said Moore.<\/p>\n
