Gymnast Simone Biles<\/a> celebrated her birthday in style as the US Olympic legend turned 29 on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Biles marked another year around the sun at the weekend, spending quality time with her NFL husband, Jonathan Owens.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The seven-time gold medalist kickstarted the celebrations on Friday evening, enjoying her ‘last night of being 28.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

The gymnastics icon appeared to enjoy a lavish meal, sharing a photo of an ornate dessert, featuring three scoops of sorbet inside an ice dome and a chocolate disc iced with a ‘Happy Birthday’ message.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Biles dressed to impress for the occasion, wowing in a white, halter-neck mini dress and a Louis Vuitton purse.<\/p>\n

She seemed to spend the big day itself enjoying lunch with her husband before heading to the beach.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Olympian appeared to celebrate her birthday in style, wining and dining for the occasion<\/p>\n

Biles shared a photo to her Instagram story of the NFL safety smiling at the camera as he sat at a restaurant table with palm trees in the background. In the following snap, a man could be seen holding up a sign that read: ‘Happy Birthday b****!’<\/p>\n

In a later photo, she cozied up to her beau for a selfie. She showed off her toned physique in a tiny black bikini top, dark denim shorts and a matching kimono.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Biles’s milestone comes just days after the couple, who married in 2023, underwent another major life change.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Owens signed with the Indianapolis Colts in free agency on Friday. The safety, who played for the Chicago Bears for the past two seasons, reportedly agreed to a one-year deal.<\/p>\n

Biles, ever his biggest supporter, celebrated his signing with a heartfelt message on Friday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘No Friday the 13th scaries here. So proud of you, baby. Indy, here we come,’ she wrote on Instagram alongside an announcement of the deal.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Owens spent the last two seasons in the Windy City, playing in all of the Bears’ regular-season and playoff games during his stint in Chicago.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He played 40 percent of the defensive snaps in 2024, but saw most of his playing time on special teams during the 2025 season.<\/p>\n

He tallied 68 total tackles, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries, and one interception, appearing in all 17 games in both seasons.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Owens enjoyed stints with the Green Bay Packers and Houston Texans before joining the Bears.<\/p>\n

Now, the couple will be preparing to move to yet another city with Owens set to suit up for his third team in four years.<\/p>\n
