From top-rated burger destinations to a new European-inspired bistro brought to us by the team from The Flamingo Room and Havana, these are 22 highly anticipated Vancouver restaurants opening their doors soon.<\/p>\n

Bam Bam<\/p>\n
\u201cBam Bam has this future nostalgic feeling,\u201d said Jess Reno<\/a>, founder and CEO of Nemesis, Dope Bakehouse, and Bam Bam. \u201cIt\u2019s a love letter to the food and energy we all know and love.\u201d<\/p>\n Fried chicken is one of the stars on the menu here. You\u2019ll find it on sandwiches such as the\u00a0Classic Rosemary\u00a0and\u00a0Hot Sweet, as well as available as\u00a0Popcorn Chicken\u00a0served with house sauces like\u00a0Smoked Gherkins\u00a0and\u00a0Cucumber Dill Ranch. You\u2019ll also find housemade donuts and rolls in addition to a selection of cocktails, cafe-style drinks, and cream sodas.<\/p>\n Address:\u00a0160 West Georgia St., Vancouver<\/p>\n Violet\u00e9 is described as a European-inspired bistro designed as a place for the neighbourhood to gather. It\u2019s the latest venture from Vancouver restaurateur Reuben Major\u2019s Van Urban Hospitality group (which includes Havana, The Flamingo Room<\/a>, and Railtown\u2019s Vancouver Urban Winery and Belgard Kitchen<\/a>).<\/p>\n Major described Violet\u00e9 as \u201ca place for people to come together while feeling transported elsewhere.\u201d<\/p>\n The 2,700 sq. ft. restaurant will feature 78 indoor seats and 16 patio seats. As for the interior, it\u2019s designed by Lemon Lane Interiors and features a blend of rounded archways, luscious greenery, Tuscan-style tiles, and Roman clay finishes. Expect an upscale\/casual vibe where you can stop in for lunch or a nice dinner.<\/p>\n An exact opening date for the restaurant has yet to be shared, but patrons can expect to dine at Violet\u00e9 in early April.<\/p>\n Address:\u00a01380 Commercial Dr., Vancouver<\/p>\n Not many details are known about Ray\u2019s yet, aside from the fact that it plans to change \u201cas the day does,\u201d whether you\u2019re stopping by during the day, for dinner, or at night. It is opening at the former home of Yaletown Distillery Bar + Kitchen<\/a>.<\/p>\n From pictures posted to its Instagram, customers can expect a selection of pasta, sushi, and cocktails.<\/p>\n \u201cRay\u2019s is built by people who care. About the food, the room, and each other. We believe great hospitality comes from being happy to be here, helpful without being asked, and humble in how we show up every day,\u201d wrote the restaurant on its website. \u201cFrom Day to Dinner to Dark, our team works with pride, warmth, and intention.\u201d<\/p>\n Address:\u00a01131 Mainland St., Vancouver<\/p>\n Chez Christophe shared that this new location, coming to 2215 Marine Dr. across from the West Vancouver Community Centre, will serve as the company\u2019s primary chocolate production kitchen and feature a contemporary caf\u00e9 experience.<\/p>\n Here, guests will find Chez Christophe\u2019s signature offerings, including its popular cube croissants<\/a>, artisan chocolates, pastries, cakes, and beverages. Plus, this location will be the first to introduce a sandwich concept (with more details expected to be shared closer to the opening).<\/p>\n This new West Vancouver location has an opening scheduled for mid-May 2026. More details, including an official opening date and new menu items, are expected to be shared in the coming months.<\/p>\n Address: 2215 Marine Dr., West Vancouver<\/p>\n Triple O\u2019s is preparing to open a concession stand at Nat Bailey Stadium, a fitting addition considering the stadium is named after the White Spot and Triple O\u2019s founder.<\/p>\n Located on the main concourse at the home of the Vancouver Canadians, Triple O\u2019s at The Nat will offer a selection of its fan-favourite menu items, including burgers (served with the famous Triple \u201cO\u201d sauce, of course), Dippin\u2019 Chicken strips, local Kennebec fries, and hand-scooped milkshakes.<\/p>\n This just adds to the excitement of Nat Bailey Stadium\u2019s 75th anniversary, a stadium which was named in honour of White Spot\u2019s founder and Canadian Baseball Hall of Famer, Nat Bailey. We got you,\u201d shared the burger spot on Instagram.<\/p>\n The new location, which will be the second outpost for the restaurant, will open at 4245 Fraser St.<\/p>\n Brunch lovers may recognize this address as the home of\u00a0Egg & Co.<\/a>, but don\u2019t worry, the restaurant won\u2019t be going anywhere.
