Cameron Young won The Players Championship and with it, a massive pay day.<\/p>\n
Young finished one shot clear of Matt Fitzpatrick on Sunday at TPC Sawgrass. It was Young\u2019s second career PGA Tour title (2025 Wyndham Championship) and came with a $4.5 million check.<\/p>\n
Fitzpatrick, who bogeyed the final hole, earned $2,225,000. Ludvig \u00c5berg, who led by three strokes through 54 holes, tied for fifth.<\/p>\n
