(arbormemorial.ca)<\/p>\n<p>Zachary Legault, 18, was badly injured and died later that night in hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Another passenger who survived suffered a broken rib, broken vertebra, and a fractured sternum.<\/p>\n<p>Threatened cops, paramedics<\/p>\n<p>When first responders arrived on-scene, Burrows \u201cwas argumentative and disruptive\u201d and wanted to leave the scene.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBurrows swore at them, called them slurs, and threatened them with legal consequences,\u201d reads the ASF.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>After CPS arrived, Burrows \u201cdid not express concern or ask about the welfare of Mr. Legault or Mr. Kuqali, focusing rather on arguing with the first responders.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, Burrows had to be sedated by paramedics.<\/p>\n<p>Blood alcohol .154<\/p>\n<p>His blood alcohol level at the time of the crash was determined to be .154, nearly twice the legal limit.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Burrows was charged nearly three months later, on March 21, 2025.
