Musse signs new deal with Cavalry FC<\/p>\n
One of the CPL’s biggest stars is staying put in Calgary as Cavalry FC announced a new three-year-deal<\/a> for Ali Musse.<\/p>\n At 30, Musse is coming off his best statistical CPL season yet, with nine goals and seven assists. He was nominated for the league’s Player of the Year award and finished fifth in Players’ Player of the Year voting.\u00a0<\/p>\n Over the past four CPL seasons combined, Musse has scored the sixth most goals (27), and created the third most assists (19). He won the league’s Players’ Player of the Year award in 2023.\u00a0<\/p>\n A 2023 CPL Shield Winner, and 2024 CPL champion, Musse has seven caps at the senior international level for Somalia.\u00a0<\/p>\n Canadian youth international Bibishkov joins Vancouver FC<\/p>\n
