The retail marketplace in Ontario continues to evolve and stabilize. As a business, we are focused on operating a retail network that meets evolving consumer needs, providing the largest selection of beer and a world-class deposit return system,\u201d said Ozzie Ahmed, the vice president of retail at The Beer Store.<\/p>\n<p>Most recently, on Jan. 18, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insauga.com\/another-beer-store-just-closed-in-ontario\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">one Beer Store closed in Oshawa<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to that, on Jan. 11, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insauga.com\/these-3-beer-stores-just-permanently-closed-in-ontario\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">three locations closed<\/a> \u2014 one each in Haliburton, Schomberg, and Whitby.<\/p>\n<p>And coming up this Sunday, four stores will close, with one each in Brampton, Etobicoke, Hamilton, and London.<\/p>\n<p>      <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"vidyard-player-embed\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1773752742_403_awZCW3rPmWvxPqZHnBCKLu.jpg\" data-videoid=\"790139\" data-uuid=\"awZCW3rPmWvxPqZHnBCKLu\" data-v=\"4\" data-type=\"inline\" data-muted=\"1\" style=\"width:100%\"\/>    <\/p>\n<p>        <img width=\"1024\" height=\"513\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Screenshot-2026-01-30-at-1.55.02-PM-1024x513.png\" class=\"attachment-large size-large\" alt=\"\"  decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>      <\/p>\n<p>Here is a look at the locations that will be closing at the end of the business day on Sunday:<\/p>\n<p>Brampton \u2013 11 Worthington Avenue<br \/>\nEtobicoke \u2013 1735 Kipling Avenue<br \/>\nHamilton \u2013 75 Centennial Parkway North<br \/>\nLondon \u2013 1727 Richmond Street<\/p>\n<p>Ahmed noted that there will still Beer Stores open in those markets.<\/p>\n<p>The Beer Store provided a list of alternative stores in each location.
