{"id":54275,"date":"2025-08-08T10:34:07","date_gmt":"2025-08-08T10:34:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/54275\/"},"modified":"2025-08-08T10:34:07","modified_gmt":"2025-08-08T10:34:07","slug":"streaming-ratings-july-7-13-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/54275\/","title":{"rendered":"Streaming Ratings July 7-13, 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tA record-setting season for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/t\/love-island-usa\/\" id=\"auto-tag_love-island-usa_1\" data-tag=\"love-island-usa\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Love Island USA<\/a> peaked in the week of the show\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/tv\/tv-features\/love-island-usa-winners-amaya-bryan-love-future-interview-1236317871\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">season finale<\/a>, reaching the top spot on Nielsen\u2019s streaming charts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe dating show recorded 1.93 billion viewing minutes for the week of July 7-13, its highest weekly total ever (ahead of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/tv\/tv-news\/streaming-ratings-june-23-29-2025-1236328712\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">1.78 billion minutes<\/a> two weeks earlier) and its first time in the No. 1 overall spot on Nielsen\u2019s charts. That was good for seventh place among all titles and third among original series, behind Love Island and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/t\/squid-game\/\" id=\"auto-tag_squid-game_1\" data-tag=\"squid-game\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Squid Game<\/a> (1.25 billion minutes on Netflix).  <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe CW\/CTV drama Sullivan\u2019s Crossing (1.35 billion minutes) led the acquired series rankings after its second season was added to Netflix. Tyler Perry\u2019s Netflix movie Madea\u2019s Destination Wedding led the film chart with just under 1.2 billion viewing minutes, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/t\/kpop-demon-hunters\/\" id=\"auto-tag_kpop-demon-hunters_1\" data-tag=\"kpop-demon-hunters\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Kpop Demon Hunters<\/a> showed staying power with 817 million minutes (its highest total so far) in its fourth week on the charts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tNielsen\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/t\/streaming-ratings\/\" id=\"auto-tag_streaming-ratings_1\" data-tag=\"streaming-ratings\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">streaming ratings<\/a> cover viewing on TV sets only and don\u2019t include minutes watched on computers or mobile devices. The ratings only measure U.S. audiences, not those in other countries.
