( Rudi Pawlychyn\/CBC)<\/p>\n<p>Winnipeg police say they have made the third and final arrest in connection with the homicide of Kingsley Bruce, 40.<\/p>\n<p>Sebastian Atkinson, 25, was arrested Tuesday and charged with second-degree murder.<\/p>\n<p>Emmanuel Max Spence, 25, and Thomas Jeremy Spence, 39, were arrested on March 9 and March 11, respectively.
