\u2022 The Kent Street Seniors Society is holding an indoor spring garage sale on Saturday, April 18, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the Kent Street Activity Centre auditorium. Spend a fun Saturday shopping for unique treasures and supporting the centre\u2019s fundraiser. If you would like to book a table for only $25 to sell your goods, please call 604-541-2199. The Kent Street Centre coffee shop will also be open for lunch.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Register now for all spring White Rock Recreation and Culture programs and activities. Assess your driving skills and habits and update your knowledge of vehicle safety features and road regulations at a Senior Driving Workshop on March 31 at the White Rock Community Centre. \u2022 The Kent Street Activity Centre invites all Cribbage, Bid Whist and Canasta players to their activity group every Thursday from 1 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. in the auditorium. \u2022 Every Friday afternoon, from 2 to 4 p.m., you are invited to join the Kent Street Activity Centre\u2019s Stitch & Chat group and work on your own needlecraft, knitting, or quilting project in the company of others. \u2022 See you Wednesday, March 25, at the Kent Street Activity Centre Auditorium for a night of social dancing to the great sounds of the Alpiners. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with dancing from 7 to 9:30 p.m. On April 1, Brian Zalo will be performing. Open to all ages 50+, singles, couples. A fun night out for only $7 for Kent Street Activity Centre members and $9 for non-members.<\/p>\n
