Alberto Del Rio entered the squared circle for an exhibition boxing bout on Sunday (Mar. 15, 2026), and it ended in chaos. Glorious chaos.<\/p>\n
Alberto competed against influencer Chuy Almada on the undercard of the Ring Royale event in Monterrey, Mexico. Tension was spicy for the weigh-in with a \u201cbrawl\u201d erupting between camps.<\/p>\n
That skirmish was a taste of things to come. In round 1, Almada outclassed Alberto with quicker hands to hit the mark. Alberto was knocked around in round 2, and that\u2019s when he called in the reinforcements. The cornermen entered the ring for a melee. Of course, this looked right out of professional wrestling with a lot of shoving and tackling rather than a legit brawl.<\/p>\n
Once the chaos calmed, Alberto fired it back up by lunging at Almada and talking trash. The crowd was not happy with Alberto\u2019s antics. He was chewed out for being unprofessional, and the crowd shouted for Alberto to get out of the ring. Alberto was given the mic to claim that he would put Almada to sleep in 30 seconds in a fight without boxing gloves and protective headgear.<\/p>\n
