There was a complete lack of experience from both fighters combined, but that sometimes leads to incredibly violent action inside of the cage.

That’s exactly what happened as Alves put it on Leon over the first two rounds. Leon as game as they come, though, and never backed down from an exchange. This was never more evident then in the third round when Leon tried to pull off a comeback and track Alves down with the punches-on-the-go. Sadly for Leon, Alves defended nicely and then landed a brutal right hand moments later that folded Leon and sent him crashing to the canvas. He landed with an arm behind his back like he was about to get arrested.

Check out the finish below and let us know where this ranks among 2026’s best knockouts so far!

Fight fans witnessed one of the best knockouts 2026 will offer last night (Fri., Mar. 20, 2026) at…

[444
49,48,641,50911,33601,638,82
post-551435","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-mma","tag-ca","tag-canada","tag-fighting","tag-international-mma-news-results","tag-latest-ufc-mma-news","tag-mma","tag-sports
["GET
