Players will not be able to challenge the decisions of the electronic line calling (ELC) system <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/sport\/2025\/jul\/08\/wimbledon-electronic-line-calling-woes-boos-taylor-fritz-karen-khachanov-tennis\" data-link-name=\"in body link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">that was introduced<\/a> at Wimbledon last year, but video reviews will be available to check other scenarios, such as whether a ball has bounced twice or touched a player\u2019s racket or body.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">\u201cPlayers will be allowed to review specific judgment calls made by the chair umpire (such as, for example, \u2018not-up\u2019, \u2018foul shot\u2019, \u2018touch\u2019) either on a point-ending call, when a player immediately stops play, or immediately after the completion of a point (in the case of hindrance),\u201d the All England Lawn <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/sport\/tennis\" data-link-name=\"in body link\" data-component=\"auto-linked-tag\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tennis<\/a> and Croquet Club (AELTC) said. \u201cPlayers will not be limited in the number of reviews they can request.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">The video reviews will be introduced on six show courts, including Centre Court and Court One.
