His comeback story is incredible. <\/p>\n<p>After broken ribs and \u201ca 96-mile-per-hour slapshot in the nuts\u201d \u2026 maybe the hockey gods could chill out a bit with adding new painful chapters.<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/NVfkZAt7aQ\" rel=\"nofollow\">https:\/\/t.co\/NVfkZAt7aQ<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Corey Masisak (@cmasisak22) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/cmasisak22\/status\/2035832982800306400?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">March 22, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Landeskog ended up on the wrong end of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tsn.ca\/nhl\/player\/cale-makar\/8480069\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.tsn.ca\/nhl\/player\/cale-makar\/8480069\" target=\"_blank\">Cale Makar<\/a> shot and finished the game on Mar. 6 but was ruled out week-to-week afterwards.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The injury was the latest in a series of ailments for the 33-year-old Swede. He missed approximately one month with broken ribs after crashing into the net on Jan. 4.
