In a YouTube video, the man revealed that when he hit 91.4 kilos in December 2025, he decided to take the weight-loss drug. During this time, his diet was unhealthy, workouts weren\u2019t on the cards, and he also consumed alcohol in excess. Three months later, in February 2026, his weight came down to 82 kilos. He was taking Mounjaro (tirzepatide) and not following any crash diets.Mounjaro, also known by its generic name tirzepatide, is a GLP-1 receptor agonist. While the man was enjoying his newfound confidence, he warned about a rather dark side that hardly gets mentioned. \u201cI lost 10 kg on Mounjaro. Looksmaxxing with a cheat code. Been off it for 10 days now, and I feel EVERYTHING again,\u201d he wrote in an X post.In the YouTube video, the man expressed that he has always been an emotional person. But after taking the drug, it almost felt like someone had turned off the knob on his emotions. He noticed a shift in his emotional state. Excitement felt muted, and even moments that would usually bring joy or sadness seemed flat. The man explained how it affected his personal and professional life. Achievements no longer brought him joy.While Eli Lilly and Company, which manufactures Mounjaro, warns users about the potential side effects of taking the drug, this man says, \u201cThere\u2019s a side no one is really talking about.\u201d \u201cIt didn\u2019t just affect my weight.
