But while Virk is tempering expectations for the coming months, she\u2019s also doubling down on what\u2019s worked for her in the past in the knowledge that hard work usually reaps dividends.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTowards spring, I know for sure that it\u2019s not going to be the same as it was back in 2022 or 2023,\u201d she said, \u201cbut it\u2019s going to be better than what it is right now. I\u2019m just doing what I\u2019ve been doing: cold calling, reaching out to my existing clients.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s slow right now, but that doesn\u2019t stop us from doing anything. It\u2019s not that we just sit back and there\u2019s nothing to do.
