{"id":558165,"date":"2026-03-24T19:56:07","date_gmt":"2026-03-24T19:56:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/558165\/"},"modified":"2026-03-24T19:56:07","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T19:56:07","slug":"north-bay-father-and-son-win-best-in-class-at-toronto-custom-car-show","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/558165\/","title":{"rendered":"North Bay father and son win best in class at Toronto custom car show"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A North Bay father-and-son team is bringing home national bragging rights after their customized 2011 Corvette Grand Sport won Best in Class, Street Custom, at the National Motorama Custom Car Show in Toronto.<\/p>\n<p>After a standout weekend at Toronto\u2019s International Centre, North Bay builders Glen and Blake Langlois were recognized by show manager Keith Kortun with a Best in Class Street Custom award for their 2011 Corvette Grand Sport.<\/p>\n<p>The father and son competed in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motoramashow.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">National Motorama Custom Car Show<\/a> in Toronto.<\/p>\n<p>Keith Kortun,\u00a0show manager, presented\u00a0the award.\u00a0The show ended March 15 but featured 450+ Vehicles, including custom cars, hot rods, race cars, trucks, tuners, and exotics.<\/p>\n<p>Langlois is a member of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.northbaycruisers.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">North Bay Cruisers.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Every Monday night from 4:30 pm to dusk starting May 11, all the members will meet again at the North Bay Heritage Museum downtown, 100 Ferguson Street.
