{"id":558526,"date":"2026-03-24T23:49:07","date_gmt":"2026-03-24T23:49:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/558526\/"},"modified":"2026-03-24T23:49:07","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T23:49:07","slug":"new-zealand-style-soft-serve-shop-reopens-in-vancouver","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/558526\/","title":{"rendered":"New Zealand-style soft serve shop reopens in Vancouver"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After taking a break in 2025 to rejig the shop, the New Zealand-style soft serve shop Plain Jane has officially reopened its doors just in time for spring.<\/p>\n<p>Plain Jane is best known for its use of organic French vanilla <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyhive.com\/vancouver\/best-ice-cream-vancouver\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">ice cream<\/a> and real frozen fruit while using a New Zealand technique that the shop says, \u201cLet\u2019s both speak for ourselves.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Flavours rotate throughout the season, but the shop has offered varieties like strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry.<\/p>\n<p>As for the renovations, the space has gone from a simple walk-up window to a shop with seating.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, the ice cream destination is operating daily from noon to 10 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Will you be checking it out now that the weather is getting warmer?
