{"id":559650,"date":"2026-03-25T11:59:09","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T11:59:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/559650\/"},"modified":"2026-03-25T11:59:09","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T11:59:09","slug":"a-look-at-torontos-belmont-house-redevelopment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/559650\/","title":{"rendered":"A look at Toronto\u2019s Belmont House redevelopment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>TORONTO \u2013 Work is well underway on Toronto\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/projects.constructconnect.com\/details\/6809064-rfq-contractor-new-long-term-care-building-construction&amp;find_loc=-M5R-1R1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Belmont House redevelopment<\/a>, which aims to expand the seniors\u2019 organization\u2019s Campus of Care.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/canada.constructconnect.com\/dcn\/news\/projects\/2026\/02\/graham-embarks-on-belmont-house-redevelopment-in-toronto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">The project,<\/a> designed by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.montgomerysisam.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Montgomery Sisam Architects<\/a> and constructed by Graham, includes an eleven-storey plus basement addition and introduces 168 new long-term care beds and 32 assisted living beds to the downtown site.
