While current tech excels at \u201creading\u201d biology, solutions that \u201cwrite\u201d to our physiology are lacking. Imagining next-gen solutions, he forecasts high-tech eye masks and temperature-regulating hand\/foot patches that directly cool core temps for optimal sleep.<\/p>\n<p>Longevity. Not overly lofty, Huberman names ~105\u2013120 as the genetic upper age limit, calling a healthy 100 years a good goal. Imagining potential preservation approaches, he says banking one\u2019s own blood for future infusions shows promise.<\/p>\n<p>Takeaway: The past few years blew the lid off medical paternalism.
