Former Pussycat Dolls member Jessica Sutta is speaking out after being excluded from the girl group\u2019s upcoming reunion tour<\/a>, saying she believes her political views, including her support for\u00a0Robert F. Kennedy Jr., made her a \u201cliability.\u201d<\/p>\n

On March 12, the Pussycat Dolls announced their PCD Forever Tour, featuring only three members \u2014 Nicole Scherzinger, Kimberly Wyatt and Ashley Roberts \u2014 while other original members, including Sutta, Carmit Bachar and Melody Thornton, were left out.<\/p>\n

During a March 22 appearance on \u201cThe Maverick Approach\u201d podcast<\/a>, Sutta, 43, claimed that she, Bachar and Thornton were not told about the reunion in advance.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cNone of us were called. None of us were told about anything,\u201d Sutta said. \u201cIn fact, we were blindsided.\u201d<\/p>\n

The singer explained that she heard rumors about a potential reunion and claimed she repeatedly tried to contact Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin, 64, but could not reach the choreographer until the night that the news leaked.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe didn\u2019t give me all the details, but I just \u2014 I started just to cry. I was like, \u2018How dare you?\u2019 Like you had no respect at all,\u201d Sutta said.<\/p>\n

Sutta said Scherzinger, 47, called her the following day when the tour was announced, but Sutta was too hurt to answer.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t plan to call her back,\u201d Sutta said. \u201cI love Nicole. This is very bittersweet for me. I respect her as an artist. I even cried with joy when she won\u00a0her Tony\u00a0just recently.\u201d<\/p>\n

In June 2025, Scherzinger won her first Tony Award<\/a>, taking home the best leading actress trophy for her role as Norma Desmond in \u201cSunset Boulevard.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI definitely was rooting for her, but the way they did this just showed me exactly why I\u2019m not in the group,\u201d Sutta said. \u201cAnd they showed exactly, to me, who they are.\u201d<\/p>\n

In recent years, the singer has been outspoken about experiencing serious, ongoing health issues that she said began after she received a\u00a0COVID-19 vaccine\u00a0in 2021. Sutta, who said she is also dealing with a neurological condition, shared her opinion that she was sidelined from the reunion tour due to her support for RFK Jr.<\/p>\n

Sutta publicly backed RFK Jr. during his 2024 presidential run, attending campaign events, posting about him on social media and speaking at rallies, citing shared views on health and vaccines<\/a> following her own medical struggles.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a cash grab. I mean, come on. Let\u2019s keep it real, right?\u201d Sutta said of the reunion tour. \u201cAnd I was a liability.<\/p>\n

\u201cI align with Bobby Kennedy, which is aligning with MAGA,\u201d she continued. \u201cDo I love what [President Donald] Trump is\u00a0doing? Absolutely not. I do not believe in war. [But] we didn\u2019t have a chance for the [vaccine]-injured community to get help without him.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople are screaming at me, \u2018You\u2019re MAGA, you\u2019re MAGA.\u2019 Yeah, I am. I triple down on it because I\u2019m like, I\u2019m so sick of people telling me who I should be.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo, it\u2019s unfortunate,\u201d Sutta said. \u201cI was never political, but I had to because my life depends on it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sutta described helping RFK Jr. with his presidential campaign as \u201cincredible\u201d and admitted it was \u201ca little bittersweet\u201d when he dropped out and endorsed Trump.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI wanted to see him as president,\u201d she said. \u201cI think he\u2019s an amazing human. I think he\u2019s too good to be president though. Like he has too big of a heart.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sutta was a member of the Pussycat Dolls from 2003 to 2010, joining as the group transitioned from a burlesque dance troupe into a recording act and remaining through its peak success.\u00a0<\/p>\n

After her departure, Sutta\u00a0launched a solo career,\u00a0releasing two studio albums, including \u201cFeline Resurrection\u201d (2016) and \u201cI Say Yes\u201d (2017) and scoring four No. 1 singles on Billboard\u2019s US Dance Club Songs chart.\u00a0<\/p>\n
