But you have houses that are in suburban areas that are still going through bidding wars \u2013 especially if they\u2019re renovated homes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Even properties requiring renovation can still see substantial interest. \u201cThe ones that need a little more work, you still might get multiple offers.
